teyithis is my final university project. Teyi is a conceptual iced tea brand sourced from Malawian tea plantations, with a mission to give back. A portion of the proceeds supports children in Malawi who cannot afford an education and are instead forced to work on tea plantations. The Brand aims to raise awareness and address the serious issue of child labour in the tea industry. aDOBE ILLUSTRATOR, Adobe Photoshop, ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS
The Iced Tea packaging features illustrations of children from Malawi. The colours represent Malawi’s national flag whilst the flavours guava and mango are national fruits. The strawberry flavour is included as a connection to the UK.
I also created an animation with a Malawian song showing the different fruits bouncing to the music.
